2009 we have reduced our rates!
- No Smoking Permitted. $500 fee charged to credit card if there is smoke smell or
smoke damage to cabins or units.
- Pets are allowed in certain units. Please
contact us directly if you plan on brining a pet.
You are responsible for the care of your pets. There is a $10 per day
pet pet fee for authorized pets.
- A minimum 2 night stay is required.
- A minimum 3 night stay is required for holidays.
- Payment policy: Reservations made within 30 days
of arrival must pay the full amount when booking. Reservations made
outside of 30 days from arrival must pay a deposit of 50% when booking.
Reservations are to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 60 or
more days from arrival date will receive a 100% refund.
- There will be no refunds or vouchers available
for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival.
